AllAirbags.com Return Policy

At AllAirbags.com, we strive to provide high-quality airbags that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 -day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all parts intact and never disassembled or mishandled.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at allairbags.contact@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be shipped to the provided return address within 7 days of approval.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Returns are at the buyer’s expense, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned airbags and products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or substantially different from the description, contact us immediately at allairbags.contact@gmail.com so we can address the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or special orders.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

If you have any concerns about your specific item, please reach out to our customer service team.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Restocking Fee

All returned airbags and products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


International and Sale Items

At this time, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or international orders.
